We are looking for someone who can build, lead, and scale a high-performing outbound team
targeting enterprise clients.
If you’ve successfully led SDR teams, understand how to break into complex organizations, and
know how to consistently generate high-quality pipeline from enterprise accounts — this role is for
you.
What You’ll Own
- Lead and scale a team of SDRs focused on enterprise prospecting and pipeline generation
- Build and optimize outbound strategies across cold calling, LinkedIn, and email
- Drive consistent generation of qualified meetings with enterprise decision-makers (VP to C-
level) - Coach SDRs on navigating multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles
- Improve conversion rates across the funnel (contact → conversation → meeting → pipeline)
- Develop messaging that resonates with enterprise pain points and buying triggers
- Own SDR KPIs: pipeline generated, meeting quality, conversion rates, and activity
performance - Analyze performance data and continuously optimize team output
- Build a repeatable and scalable outbound playbook
- Managing and communicating with clients (presenting result, defining and
revisiting/readjusting prospecting strategy)
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 5–8+ years in B2B outbound sales, with 2–3+ years leading SDR/BDR teams
- Proven success in generating pipeline from enterprise accounts
- Strong experience in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound email campaigns
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders (Directors, VPs, C-suite)
- Experience navigating complex organizations and long sales cycles
- Data-driven — you understand metrics and know how to improve them
- Strong coaching ability — you can turn average SDRs into top performers
- Highly strategic, execution-focused, and results-driven
