What You’ll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and set meetings with qualified leads
- Execute and continuously improve outbound campaigns across cold calling, LinkedIn, and email
- Navigate complex organizational structures to engage the right decision-makers
- Develop innovative approaches to outbound prospecting
- Support go-to-market strategies and territory planning across different regions
- Collaborate with research teams to build high-quality prospect pipelines
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics
- Deliver clear and persuasive post-campaign presentations to clients
What You Bring
- 4–5 years of proven experience in B2B SDR or outbound sales
- Strong experience in outbound email, LinkedIn campaigns, and market research
- Solid cold calling background with a track record of booking qualified meetings
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Highly adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes
- Entrepreneurial, strategic, and results-driven mindset
- Resilient, proactive, and digitally savvy
- Experience prospecting into enterprise-level businesses is required
