Sales Development Representative (SDR)

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and set meetings with qualified leads
  • Execute and continuously improve outbound campaigns across cold calling, LinkedIn, and email
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to engage the right decision-makers
  • Develop innovative approaches to outbound prospecting
  • Support go-to-market strategies and territory planning across different regions
  • Collaborate with research teams to build high-quality prospect pipelines
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics
  • Deliver clear and persuasive post-campaign presentations to clients

What You Bring

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in B2B SDR or outbound sales
  • Strong experience in outbound email, LinkedIn campaigns, and market research
  • Solid cold calling background with a track record of booking qualified meetings
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic, and results-driven mindset
  • Resilient, proactive, and digitally savvy

  • Experience prospecting into enterprise-level businesses is required
