We are looking for a digitally savvy B2B Sales Development Representative with 4 to 5 years of experience in the Tech industry. Some experience in a digital agency is a plus. You will drive a range of B2B outbound campaigns in close collaboration with our clients’ sales teams to fuel engagement and increase their sales pipelines.
The ideal candidate has a start-up mindset or is an entrepreneur at heart with a can-do attitude. He/she will have the chance to make an impact on the growth of innovative tech companies evolving in various industries.
What you will do:
- Craft, execute, supervise and improve a variety of outbound sales campaigns and activities through email, LinkedIn, video and phone for clients in various countries.
- Plan and launch thematic campaigns tailored to different regions, verticals and products.
- Cold calling and follow-up calls.
- Help define the go-to-market strategy and territory planning customized to different countries.
- Work with contact research teams to build a contact’s pipeline.
- Write up campaign content (email, LinkedIn).
- Track the performance of various campaigns and optimize them to ensure the campaign KPIs are met. Optimize email cadences by improving the open rate and click rate.
- Create post-campaign presentations to impress clients.
- 3 to 4 years experience as a Sales Development Representative.
- B2B outbound email campaign management.
- Market research and analysis.
- Prospecting for large businesses (enterprise level).
- International exposure is a plus.
